Report NO Parking Violations

With the county now maintaining the park span along Chesapeake Drive, the violation of No Parking signs now has expanded beyond the traditional challenge spots at the end of Lakeview. The BBCA is working closely with the County and County Police to ensure the enforcement of No Parking zones adjacent to our community. As a result of the police’s guidance, you are encouraged to do the following:

• In the event of an emergency, dial 911.

• In the event of a non-emergency report of a parking violation, call 

  (410) 222-8050.

• If you notice illegal parking directly in front of the park during daytime hours, please notify a park ranger on the duty phone at 

  (443) 202-0179.

The BBCA Board is also interested in tracking the violation of No Parking signs. If you have time, when you report a parking violation using one of the above methods, please also complete a No Parking Violation Report Form below where you can include location, time of day, and attach any images (if you have them). We will use these reports to help coordinate our efforts with the County.

It is important that you do not put yourself in any danger as a result of No Parking violations. Several neighbors have reported harassment and other confrontation as a result of a conversation or attempted photograph.
