Beverly Beach

Beverly Beach is a small residential community on the Mayo Peninsula in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. 

We are located 13 miles south of the Maryland state capital of Annapolis,

approximately 35 miles east of Washington DC and 38 miles south of Baltimore, MD.

Though we are within commuting distance of several major cities, Beverly Beach is a modest bucolic suburban community.  Our 400 or so homes are nestled between the West and Rhode Rivers, the Chesapeake Bay and the Beverly/Triton Beach nature preserve.  Residents enjoy such privileges as a Bay-front beach, a private marina and a number of community-oriented events throughout the year.
