Residents with concerns regarding untagged vehicles, junk vehicles in yards (in full view), etc. can submit a Request for Investigation to AA County Department of Inspection and Permits. Please use the link below to go directly to AA County’s web page: http://www.aacounty.org/IP/ZoningEnforcement/index.cfm
The Zoning Ordinance was enacted in 1952 to ensure that public and private land is used in a manner that enhances the quality of life and promotes growth and development while preserving and protecting our environment.
What is a zoning violation?
What has BBCA done in the past?
Several years ago, your community association canvassed the entire community and submitted complaints to the county on many cars located on private property within Beverly Beach that didn't have tags. It took a while for the county to start and eventually enforce the code. It really depended on how cooperative the property owner was. But eventually, the junk untagged cars did get removed for the most part.
The community association board will be considering doing another canvass of our community this summer.
You can either wait to see if we actually vote to conduct such an operation or you can submit the complaint yourself to the AA County Department of Inspection and Permits using the attached form in PDF format: Request Investigation Form
