How to obtain a copy of the Marina Wait List

A copy of the wait list can be obtained by calling or emailing the Dockmaster, Jeff Sykes at 240-691-8041 or contacting any Board Member or attending the Town Meetings.  Copies of the list will be made available for anyone interested at all Town Meetings.

Waiting List Requirements

A resident of Beverly Beach will be placed on the Marina Waiting List after the following requirements are placed in writing:

• Proof of Beverly Beach residence, i.e., copy of MD Drivers License, etc.
• Type and Length of Vessel either owned or for future purchase.Please mail the requirements to:

When a slip comes available suitable for the size boat that was registered to the waiting list, you will be contacted, given paperwork to complete, and shown the slip.  At that time, if you want the slip, full payment for one year slip fee is due.  You will then have 30 days to complete paperwork and turn in to the Dock Master.  If at the end of the 30 days you have NOT completed required paperwork, your money will be refunded to you less $100 and the slip will be assigned to someone else.
