Usage of the Association Property

Any member of the BBCA may use BBCA property within the set guidelines of these by-laws. The Beach Committee shall yearly update/approve current Rules and Regulations for the Beach Areas and the Harbor Committee shall yearly update/approve current Rules and Regulations for the Boating Access Areas. These Rules and Regulations will become a yearly addendum to the by-laws by majority vote of the BBCA Board of Directors and without a vote by the general membership provided that:

1. These sets of Rules and Regulations do not discriminate against anyone. If the Board finds a rule that meets this criterion, the Board is held responsible to immediately void that singular rule.
2. These Rules and Regulations can he changed in accordance with Article 6.
3. When these Rules and Regulations are updated they are posted or available to everyone.
4. Copies are available to anyone who requests them.
