Amendment of By-laws

No alteration of these by-laws may he made unless the proposed changes are submitted in written form by a Presidential appointed by-law committee, or ten (10) members in good standing at any membership meeting. By-law proposals will readied for publication in the newsletter by the Secretary. The Secretary will be responsible for ensuring that these proposals are sent tot the membership in good standing at least twenty (20) days prior to the next regular meeting. At the next regularly scheduled meeting, these proposals may he taken up and acted upon. A vote of two-thirds (2/3) of the members in good standing present at the meeting or by proxy shall be necessary to adopt the proposed change.
