Meetings

Sections 1. There shall he a minimum of four (4) general membership meetings a year. The time and date of these meetings will be determined by the Board and announce in the newsletter and/or posted on the signboard at the community entrance.

Section 2. Special membership meetings are called by the President, a majority of the Board, or upon written request by twenty (2) members in good standing.

Section 3. A quorum at a general meeting shall consist of ten (10) members in good standing present or by proxy votes.

Section 4. The Board of Directors will meet at any time the President deems necessary for conducting and considering BBCA Business, or on demand of 4 Directors. The Secretary, or a temporary Secretary designated by the President of the BBCA due to the absence or resignation of the Secretary, will present a report of the Board’s actions and recommendation to the membership at the next meeting. A quorum for a Board meeting will be one half (1/2) the total number of Directors.

Section 5. The Order of Business for general membership meetings will follow Robert’s Rules of Order:

a.       Call to Order

b.      Previous meeting minutes and motion to accept

c.       Report from the Board of Directors Meetings

d.      Treasurers Report

e.       Reading of Communication with the l3oard of Directors

f.       Committee Reports

g.      Old i3usiness

h.      New Business - Not voting on new business issues until next meeting

i.       General debates for the good of the BBCA

j.       Adjournment
