Membership

Section 1. Membership is limited to residents and property owners within the limits of Beverly Beach, Anne Arundel County, Maryland.

Section 2. A member in good standing is defined as a renter current in his/her dues. as determined by the Treasurer, or a property owner who pays the Special Tax Benefits Assessment. This means that if your name is on the tax bill, you have a vote. If you rent and pay dues, you also have a vote.

Section 3. Voting privileges shall be limited to members of the BBCA. Each member shall have one vote. Any member may vote by proxy when permission is given in writing to a member of the BBCA Board of Directors prior to a membership meeting.
