RE: Beverly Beach Community Association Boat Ramp Key Night

Jeff Sykes, the BBCA dock master, will be holding a boat ramp key night for residents interested in receiving a new ramp key for 2007.

              WHEN:      Thursday, March 15, 2007

               TIME:        6:00pm—8:00pm

Enclosed please find a copy of the 2007 Marina and Boat Ramp Contract that applies to the dock and ramp areas administered by the BBCA. Residents desiring a boat ramp key will be charged $25.00 per year.  This annual charge helps defray expenses for projects such as dredging, deck replacement, bulkhead repairs, and new signage.

To receive a key on Boat Ramp Key Night, residents must provide the following information:

1.  Completed 2007 Marina and Boat Ramp Contract

2.  Copy of Maryland Vessel Registration, registered to Beverly Beach Residence

3.  Copy of Vessel Insurance

4.  Drivers license or other proof of Beverly Beach address

5.  Return of previous year ramp key

6.  $25.00 fee, check payable to BBCA

7.  Renters must bring copy of lease. Please note: community residents renting property in Beverly Beach will be required to pay an annual  $35.00 Beverly Beach Community Association membership fee
