The Beverly Beach Community Association (BBCA) welcomes you to our official community website. We are a not-for-profit organization responsible for the maintenance, protection and improvement of our community. This site was developed as a resource for our community to receive updated information about community events or news.

About Beverly Beach

Beverly Beach is a small residential beach-community located on the Mayo Peninsula in Anne Arundel County, Maryland.  We face the waters of the Chesapeake Bay and are located a few miles southwest of our state capital, Annapolis. In addition, we are  approximately 35 miles east of Washington, D.C and south of Baltimore, Maryland.

Although our close proximity to these major cities, Beverly Beach remains modest and friendly.  Our community consists of approximately 400 homes, a private beach and marina.  We also sit next door to the Beverly Triton Beach Park, which have three wonderful lakes.
